In a 1998 Buick Park Avenue, the fuse panel is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. You can find it by looking to the left of the steering wheel, just above the brake pedal. There is a cover that you can remove to access the fuses. Additionally, there is a second fuse panel located in the engine compartment, near the battery.
Should be left lower side of dash by steering column
The fuse box is under the hood on the left side when facing the car. It is a black box with a screw on type lid. Just unscrew it to access your panel. Hope this helps! ON MY 98 PARK AVE. ULTRA THERE ARE THREE FUSE PANELS 1. UNDER HOOD AS ABOVE. 2. UNDER DASH ON FAR RIGHT (PASSENGER SIDE), HIDDEN ABOVE PANEL THAT HAS TO BE UNSCREWED. (BIT OF A PAIN) 3. UNDER REAR SEAT ON RIGHT SIDE IN BLACK BOX.
