On a 2010 Lexus ES 350, the transmission dipstick is located near the back of the engine bay, typically on the driver's side. It's a yellow or red loop or handle, making it easier to identify. To check the transmission fluid, the vehicle should be running and in park, and the dipstick can be pulled out, wiped clean, and reinserted for an accurate reading.

On a Mercedes GLK 350, the transmission dipstick is typically located near the back of the engine bay, towards the driver's side. It may be situated near the transmission itself, often in a position that is somewhat obscured. It's important to note that some models may not have a traditional dipstick, as many newer vehicles utilize a sealed transmission system that requires specialized tools for checking fluid levels.
