To install the hub on a 2002 Cadillac DeVille, first, ensure the vehicle is safely lifted and supported on jack stands. Remove the wheel, then detach the brake caliper and rotor to access the hub assembly. Unbolt the hub from the steering knuckle, typically using a socket wrench, and carefully pull it out. Install the new hub by reversing the steps, ensuring all bolts are tightened to the manufacturer's specifications.
To replace the rear wheel hub assembly on a 2004 Cadillac SRX, first, ensure the vehicle is securely lifted and supported on jack stands. Remove the rear wheel, then disconnect the brake caliper and rotor to access the hub. Unbolt the hub assembly from the axle and backing plate, then carefully pull it out. Install the new hub by reversing the removal process, ensuring all bolts are properly torqued and reconnecting the brake components.
To replace the hub bearing on a 2002 Bravada, first, safely lift and support the vehicle. Remove the wheel, brake caliper, and rotor to access the hub assembly. It's very easy to install a network hub, as there's no software. You just plug it in.
To replace the wheel bearings on a 2002 Chevy Tracker, first, lift the vehicle and remove the wheel. Then, remove the brake caliper and rotor to access the wheel hub. Use a hub puller to detach the hub assembly, and then remove the old bearings from the hub. Pretty easy job, there are a few videos on youtube that show how it's done. Just did both mine on my 1994 Deville and one on my 2004 Seville. It is almost a must to have a compressor and impact gun but can be done without. Hardest part I had was making sure the axle was unstuck from the hub, had to back the nut off and then hit the axle end with a soft faced hammer, rawhide or plastic faced. The Deville was easier because the bolts are on the front of the hub where they're on the back on the Seville. You have to have both front wheels off the ground to do this because you have to spin the axle to get to the bolts, they only come out through one of the holes.
I had the same problem, with the same make/year. You need to replace your hub/hubs. I replace only the one on the driver side front but it's recommended that you replace both at the same time. It's quite easy to do I did it myself.

Remove the wheel and brake components, including the caliper and rotor, to access the hub. Unbolt the hub from the knuckle and disconnect any associated wiring if applicable. Finally, install the new hub by reversing the disassembly steps, ensuring all bolts are torqued to the manufacturer's specifications.
your car will brake when you turn and you stabillity control system will engage.

The 2004 General Motors/Cadillac came equipped with sealed front wheel/hub bearing assemblies. Removing and replacing them requires taking off the wheels first. Second the rotors need to be slid off and the calipers hung out of the way. This will allow access to the hub assemblies bolts to be gotten out. The units can then be bolted and plugged in to any present wiring or speed sensor harnesses to complete the install. The General Motors OE wheel/hub assembly for the front is AC Delco #F149.
