The blower motor relay on a 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham is typically located in the engine compartment, within the fuse box. It's often labeled for easy identification. You may need to consult the vehicle's service manual for specific diagrams and locations, as configurations can vary slightly. Always ensure the vehicle is turned off and the battery is disconnected before attempting to access or replace the relay.
I have a 1991 cadillac brougham the car is a Hearse the vin#1G6DW54E3MR722246
I also had a hard time finding the blower motor on my 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham 4 door. In my case it was located under the dash clear to the right side on the passenger side (if you are sitting in the passenger seat it would be directly above your right foot). To be super carefull you should disconnect the battery first. Next remove the plastic cover under the entire dash (see photos provided below) I think it is a 9/32 to remove the cover. You can now see the blower motor, there are three 7-32nd hex head screws holding the blower motor in place, also unplug the power harness to the blower motor. It was easy to remove and re-install. In my case it was a loose wire, you might want to check that first. Be carefull, if you remove the blower motor and leave it plugged into the power it might start spinning in your hand if it is a loose wire problem. I spent so much time researching on the net the location of this 1995 Cadillac blower motor that I thought I could help someone else in the future if I took pictures of the whole procedure. I put the pics here: http://www.amesweb.com/pics/Replacing_Blower_Motor_1995_Cadillac_Fleetwood_Brougham/index.html Here is the forum that I originally posted my question and answer: http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/rwd-19xx-1985-deville-fleetwood-1985/63498-blower-motor-location-95-fleetwood.html?highlight=blower+motor+fleetwood Ed.
It is located near the front of the motor, near the thermostat, screwed into the block.
In a 1991 Cadillac Brougham RWD, the blower motor fuse is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. You may need to remove the cover of the fuse box to access the fuses. The specific fuse for the blower motor is typically labeled; consult the diagram on the fuse box cover for identification. If you're having trouble, refer to the vehicle’s owner’s manual for more detailed information.
In a 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood, the blower motor resistor is located under the dashboard on the passenger side, near the blower motor itself. It is typically mounted to the HVAC housing and may require removing some panels or covers for access. If you're troubleshooting issues with the blower motor speeds, checking the resistor and its connections is a good starting point.
It's close to the blower motor.
A 1998 Cadillac Deville does not have a blower relay. The system has a fuse and a controller to feed power to the blower motor.
To replace the blower motor in a 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood RWD, start by disconnecting the negative battery terminal to ensure safety. Remove the dashboard panel and any necessary components to access the blower motor, which is located beneath the passenger side of the dashboard. Disconnect the wiring harness from the motor, unbolt it from its mounting, and then replace it with the new motor. Finally, reassemble the dashboard components, reconnect the battery, and test the new blower motor to ensure proper operation.
It goes in the power steering located on the drivers side, in the front of the motor. There is a black screw cap on the power steering pump and a dipstick inside.
check the body fuse or cig ltr fuse
Blower motor speed resistors are generally located close to the blower motor.
Look under the hood, passenger side at the firewall, you will see the blower motor, directly to the right going towards the drivers side ,you will see the blower control module, then the little small relay will be the next part over.
