For a 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier, the passenger side rear brake line typically runs from the rear brake proportioning valve to the left rear wheel cylinder. It is part of the overall brake system, which includes separate lines for the front and rear brakes. To locate it specifically, you can trace the lines from the brake master cylinder towards the rear of the vehicle, identifying the one that leads to the passenger side rear wheel. Always consult a repair manual for detailed diagrams and specifications for your vehicle.

Jack that wheel up off the ground, Then loosen the rubber brake line up on the brake cailber and see if wheel will turn free, If it don't then replace cailber. If it does then replace the rubber brake line that is on the cailber. After you jack the wheel up pump the brake pedal real good before you loosen the line up.
