If your car won't start after changing the steering column, first ensure that all connections and components were reattached correctly, including the ignition switch and wiring harness. Check the battery to make sure it is fully charged and the terminals are clean and secure. Additionally, verify that the steering column lock is functioning properly, as it may prevent the ignition from engaging. If the issue persists, consult a professional mechanic for further diagnosis.
