To make a 16-inch cake, you typically need about 2 to 3 standard cake mixes, depending on the brand and the specific recipe. A 16-inch pan usually requires around 12 to 14 cups of batter, while most standard cake mixes yield about 4 to 6 cups each. It's always a good idea to check the specific instructions on the cake mix packaging for the best results.
about 1 and a half
Well, darling, a 16x16x2 cake pan can hold about 32 cups of batter. A standard cake mix makes about 4-6 cups of batter, so you would need about 5-8 cake mixes to fill that bad boy up. Just remember, it's always better to have too much cake than not enough!
To make a 16-square cake, you'll typically need about 4 to 5 standard cake mixes, depending on the brand and the specific recipe instructions. Most cake mixes yield about 4 to 5 cups of batter, and a 16-inch square cake requires around 10 to 12 cups of batter. Always check the instructions on the cake mix box for the best results.
To determine how many 2x2 square pieces can be made from a 12x16 cake, first calculate the area of the cake, which is 12 × 16 = 192 square units. Each 2x2 square piece has an area of 4 square units. Dividing the total area of the cake by the area of one square piece gives 192 ÷ 4 = 48. Thus, you can cut 48 pieces of 2x2 squares from the 12x16 cake.
One Sixteenth. If a cake is cut into 8 equal pieces each piece is one-eighth of the cake.If you now cut each of those 8 pieces of cake into two you would now have 16 pieces, each one being one-sixteenth of the whole cake.

A 12" x 18" cake pan will make 72 servings.
1/2 full
This depends on the product itself, Cake mixes come in different sizes. It should tell you the serving totals on the box. If not, re-ask the question giving the weight of the mix.
A full sheet cake pan measures 16" x 24" x 3"
An 8 inch round cake pan will hold 4 cups. A 9 inch will take 6 cups, a 10 inch holds 11 cups. A 12 inch pan will hold between 14 to 16 cups, that is about one box of a cake mix. Well, I'm no expert, in fact I was searcing for an answer to a similar question. But I know for a fact that a cake mix is NOT 14-16 cups, I'ts probably more like...4-6 cups. I usually mix my cake mixes in a pampered chef measuring bowl which holds 10 cups total and it's only about half full when I'm done. So....I think we need to do some more research! Well I guess it just depends on what brand use. I use Betty Crocker and you have to add water, eggs and vege oil so it actually turns into quite a bit. I am neither one of the people above. I'm not taking sides but I think its about 8-11 cups. I think 16 is way to much and 4 is just silly.
Normally 12-16 slices but it depends on the sise of the cake.
16 inch round cake... 15 cups batter. I would just get a few cake mixes and measure 15 cups of batter. Although I have looked it up and it sounds right... there are 4 1/2 cups of batter in one cake mix box.

Typically a full sheet cake pan is 18"x24" and will serve 108 2"x2"servings. This size pan, however, will not fit in a standard oven so manufacturers have created other sizes that are still referred to as "full-sheet." Though the math really doesn't work out: 1/4 sheet pans are 9"x13" 1/2 sheet pans are 12"x 18" Full sheet pans are 18"x24"
