Wow... that's a very big chink of concrete. There may be ways to have that be less massive. Remember, the thinker a slab is, the more it will shrink too.
The short answer is 2.96 cubic yards. most places have a minimum order of five or so cubic yards of concrete on each load, so if you need less than five yards, it might start to get more expensive. If you have another small project you can do at the same time with the additional concrete, that might be a great way to stretch your dollars.
Adjusting for safety, you should order a minimum of 3.5 cubic yards. Measurements can frequently be a little off, so I highly recommend ordering a little extra, because coming up short can be a disaster. A good rule of thumb is take your calculation and add 4% to 10% to the total to account for waste, spillage, over-excavation, settlement, spreading of forms, loss of entrained air or any other changes in volume. Concrete can usually be ordered in ½ yard increments.
There is a link to a Concrete Calulator below that should be of some help if you can adjust the amount you need at all.

To determine how many bags of 80 lb concrete make a cubic yard, you need to know that one cubic yard is equivalent to 27 cubic feet. An 80 lb bag of concrete typically covers about 0.6 cubic feet. Therefore, to fill one cubic yard, you would need approximately 45 bags of 80 lb concrete (27 cubic feet ÷ 0.6 cubic feet per bag ≈ 45).
Where I live, concrete is now $100 per cubic yard, or $500 total. That is for a local delivery.
