How does a bacterial cell differ from a plants or animals cells?

Bacteria are among the most primitive organisms in the planet. Some bacteria can live with little or no oxygen. Bacteria are different from plant and animal cells in that they have no mitochondria or robosomes. They don't have a nucleus either. Because of this, most of their organelles that would be in the nucleus area in a plant or animal cell are just floating around in the bacterial cell. They also differ in their structure because they might include a flagellum (some bacteria have a whiplike tail to help it move), pili (hairlike structures that help them to attach to each other and to surfaces), and a capsule, which is a sticky coating surounding the bacteria, and makes it difficult for amnimals' white blood cells to destroy it.

Are animal cells found throughout the animals body or are they only located in certain parts?

The whole animal is thousands of animal cells bunched together.

Why do cells have different shapes and appearance?

because they all of different type of functions

Do plant cells reproduce faster than animal cells?

Not necessarily. Cells in different parts of plants and animals reproduce (divide) at different rates. It would depend on what parts of the organisms you are comparing. For example: the ends of plant roots grow a lot faster than the other parts, and hair cells in animals grow faster than cells in other parts of the body.

A plant cell has two parts that animal cells do not have they are the?

These parts are the cell wall (animal cells just have a cell membrane) and the vacuole. Plants also have chloroplasts which animal cells do not have.

Bacteria live in many parts of your body such as in your intestines and mouth All bacterial cells are prokaryotic What is also true about bacterial cells?

They do not have a nucleus.

Do plant cells have different parts than animal cells?

Plant cells contain all of the organelles that animal cells do, and also chloroplasts, where photosynthesis takes place, and cell walls, which support the cells and give them shape.

What structure are found in plant cells but are not in animal cells?

What are the parts animal cells don't have?

Animal cells do not have; a cell wall, a permanent vacuole or chloroplasts.
