Of a school it would be the receptionist of the school. :)
In pursing a career as a doctor, a student needs to be aware of the specific prerequisites of the medical school(s) he or she wishes to attend so that pre-med courses can be geared towards those requirements. Since every medical school has its own curriculum and course requirements, it's difficult to quantify the exact number of pharmaceutical courses one might need, but it's safe to say that at least one general pharmaceuticals class would be required for any type of advanced medical degree. The same goes for life science majors wishing to pursue a PhD.

My first choice in Michigan for an information systems school would be the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Michigan State in Lansing is a good information systems school in Michigan also.
The best would be the University of Michigan. Wayne State has a very high reputation, as does the University of Detroit.
Michigan State previously played in the Michigan Collegiate Athletic Association which is currently the oldest of all collegiate leagues. Michigan State was then known as Michigan Agricultural College. In 1907 Michigan State became an independent and in 1949 announced that the school would be joining the Big Ten Conference.

The furthest state from the state of Michigan would be the state of Hawaii and the state of Alaska would come in the second place.
Probably Michigan state
It, like all licensing requirements, varies on the state. I am a Licensed School counselor in Michigan, with no teaching certificate. In Michigan if I had a teaching certificate I would be certified as a school counselor, not licensed. There appears not to be a set guideline for abbreviating Licensed School Counselor.

You would have to check with the state licensing authority that licenses EMT's and medicalpersonnel for the state of MI to learn the precise answer to this question, -BUT- probably not.
