Yes! You should call your eye Doctor, and be seen rather quickly (if not same day, possibly in the next two days) especially if you wear contact lenses and have no glasses to wear as a back up.
This can be something as simple as over wear of contacts, or an infection or sinus infection, that could easily be cleared with an Rx drop, and can be as serious as unmonitored eye pressure (IOP) and could lead to irreversible damage to your vision if not treated.
Not to worry though, its best to just have it checked, and be on the safe side. Chances are, it will be something easily treated, and you'll have peace of mind!
