It is impossible to make a saturated solution of ethanol or methanol and water because ethanol and methanol are completely miscible in all proportions. Some other alcohols may be less miscible and, if so, they could make a saturated solution. I will leave the question open with regards to ALL ALCOHOLS.
Mixture or solution are possible names
water
You can determine if the solution is saturated by adding a small amount of salt to the solution. If the salt dissolves, the solution is unsaturated. If the added salt does not dissolve and collects at the bottom of the container, the solution is saturated.
If the concentration of alcohol and water solution is 25 percent alcohol by volume, the volume of alcohol in a 200 solution is 50.
This is called a concentrated solution, not especially a saturated solution.('saturated' means: maximal possibleconcentration, this is not always a large amount!)
no we cannot get saturated solution of alcohol and water
This is because the two substances are miscible, therefore once you get to a 50:50 mix the percentage of one must fall. The water then becomes a solute in the solvent alcohol in the case of your question.
When you add water to the saturated solution, there is more solvent to dissolve the solute. The saturated solution becomes diluted, so it is no longer saturated.

I do not understand your question; however, I can say that if you add water to a saturated solution, it isn't saturated, anymore.
Adding water to a saturated solution will dilute the concentration of the solute, causing some of it to come out of solution. The solution will no longer be saturated because the solute can no longer all remain dissolved in the water.
water
Dissolve as much of the solute into the solvent as possible. e.g the crystals into the water
sea water
Supersatured.

Yes, just remove some of the solvent. If you want to see this for yourself, mix a little salt and water together. Then leave it stand so most of the water evaporates. You have saturated a dilute solution.
