Microminerals and their functions. They are involved in cellular metabolism, the formation of skeletal structures, maintenance of colloidal systems, regulation of acid-base equilibrium, and other physiological functions. They are important components of hormones and enzymes, and serve as cofactors and/or activators of a variety of enzymes.

It takes several systems to help you balance. The eyes , ears, and brain all work together. The brain translates all the information for you.In the your ears, balance is determined by the level of fluid properly called endolymph in the labyrinth - a twisted tube inside your ear. It is like a fluid level you use.
Common configurations for water filtration systems include countertop systems, whole house systems, and faucet systems. Everpure offers a variety of the systems listed above as well as others at their official website.
The kidney, among other systems, helps to maintain electrolyte balance.

Everything is connected to the nervous system. Parts of the brain are detecting every change that goes on for example heart rate, muscle movements, even hormone levels and electrolyte balance. All of this involves signaling and controls all of the body systems so that each can do their job in regulation for homeostasis.

Regulation is when an organism keeps things like body heat, ATP levels, Glucose levels, etc, in a correct, regulated balance. Without regulation homeostasis, which is when the entire body is in balance, where everything is just right. Without regulation things will go out of balance. Say our red blood cells were not regulated correctly, if you make too many or too little, it can cause very serious problems, even death. So, regulation is what causes Homeostasis, without regulation of our internal systems our bodies would not be able to function.
Harmony and Balance were the key (if not the only true key) element of the traditional value systems.

The nervous system.
The technical definition of homeostasis is 'The maintenance of an equilibrium within a living organism'. This basically means the body's methods of keeping its functions within the range where it can continue functioning.Examples of homeostasis:The regulation of body temperature, control of blood glucose levels, and the regulation of salt and water balance. These systems all ensure that the body remains stable.
nervous & endocrine systems
They are both involved in the production and regulation of hormones.
