I found out that sugar water freezes at 26-27 degrees Fahrenheit or -3 degrees Celsius----(Please define what amount of sugar per volume unit of water, to lower freeze point by 5-6 degrees. Your broad statement is not much help.) Thanks
Saltwater freezes slower than sugar water because the salt in saltwater lowers the freezing point of the water, requiring it to be at a colder temperature to freeze. Sugar does not have the same effect on the freezing point of water.
Sugar water freezes faster than salt water. However, regular tap water will freeze faster than either salt, or sugar water.
you cant freeze sugar:( I'm sorry sugar will only get cold but it will not affect the way it moves for example water, water can be cold or hat nut it still looks and moves the same so not matter have hard you try to Freeze sugar it will still move the same bit it ll just be cold
The freezing point of sugared water is lower than that of pure water. The freezing point depression is dependent on the concentration of sugar in the water. Generally, a solution of 10% sugar will freeze at a lower temperature than pure water.
The sugar cube will dissolve in the warm water as it is soluble. Stirring will help to speed up the dissolving process by increasing the contact between the water and the sugar cube. Eventually, the sugar will completely dissolve in the water, resulting in a sweet solution.
no salt water does not freeze faster than sugar.
It can takes up to 14 to 15 hours to freeze, depending on the amount of sugar you put in it. The higher the concentration of solute, the longer a solution takes to freeze. But unlike salt water, water containing sugar can freeze with the sugar trapped inside.
i think tap water will freeze the fastest
The water that will freeze first is none because because sugar and salt are the same. They only have different taste.
Salt water will.
It doesn't
Plain Tap water would freeze fastest.Adding salt or sugar to tap water will cause a depression/decrease in freezing point. Hence it will be harder to freeze the tap salt or sugar water.
i did the research on for a science project and sugar water freezes fastest

Tap Water because adding substances to the water (salt or sugar) reduce the rate at which water will form ice crystals, making it freeze at a lower temperature.
Assuming you had equal amounts of each, the pure water would freeze first...Adding sugar or salt to water lowers its freezing point, meaning that more energy would be required to be removed from salt water and sugar water to freeze it
