Actually, that is true. Naruto is indeed stronger than Rock Lee due to the fact that the kyuubi is within him. Without the kyuubi's chakra, Naruto would fail in becoming a ninja. He is too reckless and silly to be the hokage. With the kyuubi's aid, Naruto has a chance to become the hokage. The only thing we wait for is if and when he sees that oppurtunity, will he take it? After Naruto becomes a sage, he is on a whole different level than any of the other ninja. He is just as powerful as jiraiya, so I would say yes. hes actually stronger than jiraiya its obvious he is he beat pain jiraiya lost.

sasuke will win but only because of his sharingan and his ability to manipulate chakra. Lee was picked on at the Ninja Academy because of his lack of talent with Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. That's why he devoted his time into honing his Taijutsu skills. His ability to use Taijutsu allowed him to graduate from the Ninja Academy at the age of 12.

Kisame is stronger then Lee by him self but when Lee opens 8 inner gates he could be stronger but remember Lee only opened 5 gates when he fought Gaara so that is not his true power he probely can open 8 gates but with them Lee would get creamed in seconds so Kiame is stronger.
