Sasuke wants to kill Naruto after killing Orochimaru, because he believed that killing his best friend/closest one/dearest to him (which was Itachi, his older brother's directions), will complete the transformation of his Mangekyou Sharingan. He will end up using it to claim more power, kill Itachi, and to cut off his bonds with Naruto. This opinion came to him long ago, after the assassination of his clan.

he doesnt kill naruto!!!! The manga has a long way to go until it ends, I wouldn't be looking for it any time soon, dude. And also, I don't believe Sasuke would ever kill Naruto. They share a deep bond, and even though Sasuke claims to have severed it, he still cares about Naruto and holds onto his values and morals, even while with Orochimaru. Example of this; Orochimaru repeatedly asks Sasuke to kill, but Sasuke refuses. He only ever knocks his training opponents unconcious. Orochimaru then comments about how much of an effect Konoha and Naruto have had on Sasuke, and that it seems almost irreversible. I just can't see them killing each other, no matter how much they threaten.
