Lots of things .. on a mechanical level
When the diesel starts a glow plug causes the ignition after the initial start the glow plug turns off and the engine relys on high compression to heat the charge to ignition point. If your engine has poor compression you won't have ignition. Poor compression would be caused by engine / valve wear, burnt valve seats.
Of course modern diesel engines are electronically controlled so it could be any number of other things. You can read out the fault codes from many cars by shorting pins on the service connector and counting flashes of a light on the dash.
Camshaft sensor is going bad. I've had to replace two now.
A car battery would keep dying because inversely, the lesser the battery is used, the dying process continues. The more the battery is used, the lesser the dying process. But the dying commences and continues , the moment the car engine is not used. Thus, as often as the car is being used, the dying "resumes" the moment tne engine stops. And the faster it is used again, the slower the dying process.EVerytime the car engine is used, the battery recharges, thus life is given back to the battery. Once the engine stops, the dying resumes. This is why the car battery keeps on dying (everytime the car engine is not being used)
starts slow, lights dim on starting.
Have you cheked your alternator? The battery only starts the car and runs electrical components such as your radio and A/C and lights. The alternator is the generator that keeps the engine running once it has been started. Mine was the fuel pump went out
its very shy and wont come out of its den and its starts losing its fur
It means your battery is dying
yes it is
It starts dying when people start playing foot ball on it and they finally get the technology to build house underwater.
check the main ground from your fuse lines
This engine I am assuming one of the military types are sensitive to fuel supply problems and fuel filter issues. Drain the water traps clean or replace all the fuel filters. verify the oil pressure with a known good mechanical gauge the oil pressure may be too low. The cutoff will shut the engine down when the oil pressure is too low.
It depends on what kind of plant it is and it depends on what nutrition the plant gets. When its time for the plant to die it stops growing and starts dying.
A bad fuel pump may make the engine sputter. The engine may cut out and come back on, at first. Eventually, the engine will not run at all.
