In nineties, a great turn occurred in the world with the invention of computers. But most of the people didn't get any idea about computer for many years. Few years back, some of the terms related to computer gradually began to famous among the people, one of them is internet. Now, internet is an important part of the day to day life. Internet providing wide collection of various services and resources.As its name indicates, the entire world is now under a single network. Everything we can share with anyone in the world at the moment it happens. However, internet has various advantages and disadvantages. Most important among them are following :

Advantages :-

1 - Communication -is the foremost advantage of internet. Services like e-mail,chat, etc. are very useful tools for communication.

2 - Information - internet providing information about everything . Search engines like Google,Yahoo,bing, etc. serving us to find out related information of our needs.

3 - Entertainment - Really internet is an entertainment spot at all. Games,chats,musics, etc., contributes to the enjoyment.

4 - Services - There are lot of useful services in internet. Services like online banking, reservations for various items, etc., are very important place in present situation.

5 - Education - Internet also providing education facilities to everyone. Students can use internet for any references .

Disadvantages :-

1 - Theft of Personal information - There is a big chance to lost our personal information when using internet.

2 - Spamming and Virus Threat - will create much difficulties to entire system.

3 - Pornography - One of the deeply attacking disadvantage of the internet. It will attack not only a person but also the entire society .

Every invention is valuable one , but it becomes bad when people miss uses it.
