If you are referring to "cell phone code" as the password set on the device, then it is impossible to crack. The only way to get read of it is to reset the phone to factory settings using a recovery mode on Android or restore on iTunes. It is almost impossible to crack the passcode to any mobile device however, if you forget your code or need to get around it, there are methods to do so.

For iDevices, you can force the device into recovery mode** ( and connect it to iTunes and perform a wipe/factory reset. Once reset, you can log in without any passcode lock.

For Android devices there are two main ways to bypass. If your device has internet and is hooked up to Google, you can Tap "Forgot Password" and sign in through Google to verify and unlock your phone. If your device does NOT have internet, you can boot into recovery mode (you'll need to look up the key combination to activate recovery on your specific device) and choose wipe data/ factory reset. Once the phone is back up, there will no longer be a passcode

Both of the wipe methods WILL wipe all user data from the phone as well as could set the phone back into factory firmware that you would have to re-update.

If you are referring to the 4 digit pass code then you can not crack it, the only way to get around it if you cannot figure out what it is would be to restore the iphone
