Vector interrupt --> when processor directly call the respective isr when interrupt occurs so, address of respective isr is usually save in register.

Non interrupt Vector --> In this case when interrupt occurs the processor calls a generic isr and in generic isr uaer has to call respective isr by checking status register.

What is the difference between leftmost and rightmost derivation in the context of parsing algorithms?

In parsing algorithms, the difference between leftmost and rightmost derivation lies in the order in which non-terminal symbols are replaced with terminal or non-terminal symbols. In a leftmost derivation, the leftmost non-terminal symbol is always replaced first, while in a rightmost derivation, the rightmost non-terminal symbol is replaced first. This affects the structure and order of the resulting parse tree.

Difference between critical and non critical task in real time system?

the difference in critical and non critical task in a system is critical task are processes that the computer needs to operate correctly they are must have programs. Non critical talk are task that are running or can run but is not a crusial part if the task is deleted or ended then the OS should still fuction properly

Difference between managable and non mangable router switch?

the main difference b/w manageable and non-manageable is that manageable switch is having SNMP PROTOCAL through which you can see the port specification, duplex setting, m/c connected to port, traffic etc.

What is an maskable intErrupt?

interrupts in 8085 are basically classified into two types: 1.Maskable 2.Non maskable maskable interrupts are those which can be delayed. This is done by masking off the interrupts which are not required. Maskable interrupts are:RST 7.5,RST 6.5,RST 5.5 and INTR <decreasing order of priority>

Difference between non-persistent and p-persistent csma?

Non-persistent is deferential, while 1-prisistent is selfish. In non-persistent CSMA if the medium is busy, there will be a random delay for retransmission. This reduces the probability of collisions, but wastes the capacity. In 1-persistent CSMA if the medium is busy, the channel will be sensed until it is idle, then it will transmit immediately. This means that collisions are almost guaranteed to occur.

Different between maskable and non-maskable interrupt?

Maskable interrupts trigger events are not always important and so the programmer can decide that the event should not cause a program to jump. Nonmaskable interrupts can not be ignored by the programmer and therefore they have absolute priority.

What is maskable in Intel 8085 microprocessore?

Four of the interrupts in the Intel 8085 (INTR, RST5.5, RST6.5, and RST7.5) are maskable, while one interrupt (TRAP) is non-maskable.The eight RSTx type of software "interrupts" are not really interrupts, but if they were treated as interrupts, they would be non-maskable.
