Apple's iMac, Macbook, and Macbook Pro lines of computers do have built-in iSight webcams, which have been praised for their image quality. The Mac mini, Mac Pro, and XServes do not have iSights, although it has been rumored that the Cinema Displays (which Apple recommends for these machines) will be updated to add iSights. Not all. a few years ago, Apple switched to Intel CPUs. Since then, all iMacs, Macbooks, and Macbook Pros come with built in iSight cameras.

Yes there is a range of photographic software available for Apple's MacBooks. Adobe software produces a Mac version of Photoshop and Apple have their own Aperture software. (See links below)
