all engines have exhaust headers but the headers your thinking of are aftermarket performance headers, the ones on the 440 from the factory are made of cast iron.
The headers would be the same anyway, so you can order headers for the 83 and be all set.
Well you might try a place called Kooks headers. They specialize in custom built headers for all applications. I will tell you that this company is regarded as one of the best so be prepared so shell out the cash. Good luck with your search!
Other than by including each header individually there is no way to include all headers. However, there is no practical reason to include all headers; it would increase compile times for no good reason. Only include those headers that you actually need, and only in the specific source files that require them. Remember also that headers often depend upon other headers, so there's no reason to include those that are already included.
Not sure what you mean by "new" headers. You probably mean the C++ standard library headers, however these headers have been in existence since before 1998 when the language first became standardised. Prior to that, C++ used the C standard library headers, all of which have a .h extension. The C++ standard library headers have no file extension.

I think Hooker headers, Alston Cassis Works, and Art Morrison ent., all make kits to install that motor, that would come with everything you will need, from headers, to motor mounts, to frame connectors.
all headers designed to fit a small block Chevrolet will fit any small block Chevrolet not including the LS series when GM changed the design. It depends on your particular vehicle as to which ones to order as the bend of the tubes will be different for different engine compartments, as in headers designed for a pickup will not fit in a car, the location and routing of wires, hoses and steering is different for different models of cars and trucks.
