Sync iPad with iTunes. Sync iPod with iTunes. On video. Tab, choose videos you would like to sync.
You can drag QuickTime videos from your files to the iTunes movies section, and then sync your iPod with iTunes to get it on your iPod.
First add a video to iTunes by dragging it (from a file folder) into the title "Library" in the top left corner of iTunes. Then when syncing the iPod go to the "Videos" tab (at the top of the sync screen), select which videos to sync and press "Sync".
Add the Limewire songs to your iTunes library and sync your iPod.

You cant convert it from your computer to your ipod unless you buy it on itunes. If you get it on itunes on your ipod, when you sync it, it will go on itunes

You press your iPod Touch name under the Devices and press sync on the bottom right hand corner. (It will sync everything like pictures, music, videos, and apps)
It has to be in itunes then just plug in your ipod go to itunes and press "sync"
