The window's construction will require a header and a footer.
Header is the area at the top of the pages. Footer is the area at the bottom of the pages.

When you work with Header and Footer, Design tab is active, click on Design tab and on right side you will see Close Header and Footer.
Click the Insert tab then look for Header & Footer Group.
Double click the header (or footer) to open it for editing, select all (Ctrl + a) Delete. Close the header/footer, save.

Footer is text at the bottom of the page. It is important for footnotes or page numbers or other professional features. To insert a footer 1) Double click in the area below the text at the bottom of the page 2) Go to insert>headers and footers>footer (in word 2007: insert tab>footer) To insert a footnote, go to (word 2007) references>insert footnote
Downpour, heavy and torrential refer to large amounts of rain.

I use sections in a word document when typing reports that you may want to change the header or footer. When you create a section break, you can restart page numbers in the footer, for example.
