That depends entirely on what you mean but "computer". If you mean "internet" or "device capable of connecting to the internet", they damned near live on them.
Using a computer and being on the internet are two different things. I found no data specifically for computer usage among teens, but of course there's a trillion articles about internet use.

That is a very interesting question. I have been researching this topic a lot recently, and I have found out that an average American teenager spends 37 hours per week online. That's 5.3 hours per day! And something even more interesting is that almost 2 of those 37 hours are spent on watching porn! But internet sites such as Facebook and MySpace are what take the most time; about 25 hours per week, which is about 3.5 hours per day.
