If it's later than 99 should be 134A

The code C1241 on a 1999 Buick Regal indicates a problem with the vehicle's anti-lock brake system (ABS). Specifically, it refers to a "Lateral acceleration sensor performance" issue, which means the sensor that detects lateral forces on the vehicle may be malfunctioning or has an electrical issue. This could affect the ABS's ability to function correctly, potentially leading to reduced braking performance. It's advisable to have the vehicle diagnosed and repaired by a professional technician.
