On a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the electric fan sensor, often referred to as the coolant temperature sensor, is typically located near the thermostat housing or on the engine block. It is usually positioned on the cylinder head or intake manifold, allowing it to accurately measure the engine's temperature. The cam sensor should be located underneathe your distributor cap. That is the placement on my 98 Grand Cherokee and it should be located there as well on yours.
It does not have a mass airflow sensor.
The 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee IAT sensor can be found attached to the air intake hose. The IAT sensor will be near the air filter box.
