"Good" is a matter of personal opinion, and everyone's needs for a printer are different. However, we purchased a Canon MP250 photo printer on sale for $40 in 2009. It included an adequate warranty, both black AND colored ink cartridges (which have lasted us at LEAST year so far), it prints quality pages and photographs (though we don't use it often to print photos, preferring to use a photo developing center instead), and takes up very little space on the desk. We absolutely love it!
Yes. Scanning items from the printer does not use ink.
Someone can attach a network printer to a standalone computer by using a USB connection. Using a cord to attach the printer to the computer, then installing the printer software, someone can then use the printer from the computer.
A computer printer is typically measured in kilograms due to its heavier weight. The weight of a printer can vary depending on the size and model, but it is usually more practical to use kilograms for measurement.
Any USB printer will be easy to install and use on your Dell computer.
If you're talking about setting up a printer on the computer then the use for that is to connect the printer to your computer so you are able to print. The computer will send "test" pages to print on your printer so you will know whether it works or not.
To print documents off of a computer...
The main advantage for using the print server is you dont have to connect your printer to a computer and share the printer on that computer (printer shared computer). To be more specific, it means you dont need printer shared computer anymore and can use that computer for other purposes.
One method is to use a printer switch box. See related links for some example devices. Another method would be to connect the printer to one computer and share the printer with another computer on the same network.
You should be able to use any printer as far as you can have appropriate drivers.
Depends on if the printer is wireless and if you are using a wireless cable. Most HP printers use a standard USB to printer cord. However, we would have to know the exact make and model of your computer to help you out
A Dell printer is compatible with computers not purchased from Dell. Each printer requires a different system requirement. For example, it would be hard to use a modern Dell printer with a computer made before 1995 because of the lack of USB ports.
The reason why you would use a computer cover is to protect your monitor, CPU, keyboard, and printer from computer damaging dust. Using a computer dust cover also will protect your computer from harmful particles that can increase overheating.
