There are 11 cups of batter in an 11x15 pan for a 2 inch layer. I would guess for an 11x13, maybe 10 cups?
Anything if its smaller then 9x9 the cake will be thicker and take longer to back and if its bigger then 9x9 it will be a thiner cake and will take a shorter time to bake just stick a toothpick in the center of the cake and if it comes out clean without anything on it the cake is ready

15 minutes keep looking at it from time to time just in case it has aready cooked thank you. 15 mins won't even bake a cupcake!! A 12 inch cake pan will probably take about 45-50 mins. Look for the cake pulling away from sides of pan. Also tap your finger in the middle of the cake. If it springs back, it is baked. If it dents in, continue to bake a bit longer and check again.
