The relish commonly added to Italian beef Sandwiches is called "giardiniera." It typically consists of pickled vegetables, such as peppers, carrots, and cauliflower, and adds a tangy, spicy flavor to the sandwich. Giardiniera can be found in both mild and hot varieties, allowing for a customizable heat level.
Giardiniera has many uses depending on your own tastes. For instance, italians often use a hot giardiniera to put as a topping on pizza, or spaghetti. It can be used as a cold relish on beef sandwiches etc....or as an extra relish with chicken and salad. Its really nice with certain cheeses too.

You got to make her into ground beef first before you make her into a hamburger. This means killing, gutting, skinning and dismembering legs, tail and head, then hanging the carcass for several weeks in a cool, air-tight area. Then the fat gets trimmed, meat trimmed from the bones, and the meat gets put into a grinder which makes it into...ground beef. The ground beef is then taken and separated into various raw patties. The patties are then cooked thoroughly on the barbeque or broiled. When done, they are put on a hamburger bun, put ketchup, mustard, relish, lettuce, cheese, onions, tomatoes and what ever else toppings you want, the top bun put on, then eaten.

No, I don't have a question...But I am looking for your Tarter Sauce recipe. Thanks Here it is: Frisch's Tartar Sauce 2 cups Kraft Mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip, & not any other brand - won't taste the same) 1/2 cup Relish 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder Using a wire mesh sieve, put relish in it and run hot water over all the relish until there is no pickle juice left on relish. Put to the side to drain. In large bowl, put in mayonnaise. Add onion powder and stir. Add drained relish and mix thoroughly. Serve on sandwiches or with fish. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.

Beef comes from cows. Ground beef is beef put through a meat grinder. Ground beef can be used to make hamburgers or meatballs or other dishes.
They use meal worm filler in their patties purchased from a company called '100% Beef' so the misleading claim of "Contains 100% Beef" is true.
