There's no sensible, sustainable and healthy way that would let you lose 5 kilos in a week. Aim for 0.5 -1.5 kilo / week, which is doable through sensible eating and a healthy rate.

Get yourself a set of scales and a notebook. Keep a food journal where you note everything you eat and drink, and how much. Calculate the amount of calories you actually eat during a day, then figure out what to replace or cut out to get down to maybe 1500 calories/day.

You could try having porridge in the morning, a orange or an apple. And then pasta for dinner. No dessert. Have your five a day each day. Have lots of water. But, make sure you have fruit and vegetables. Don't keep on weighing yourself because, it gets your confidence down, just weigh yourself at say the end of every fortnight (2 weeks).
