I would recommend juice-fasting for 10 days, then eating raw fruits, vegetables, and nuts for 10 days. Flip-flop, if you will. Seven consecutive days of saltwater cleansing will help you drop 10-20 pounds, but only 2-3 pounds will be body fat. The majority will be the gunk that was once in your stomach, intestines, and colon. Still, 2-3 pounds is enough to lose the double-chin.

It would not be very healthy to lose 60lbs, but if you are guaranteed over-weight and need to lose weight you could start out walking/running everyday, and improve by walking/running farther everyday.

My advice would be to go on a vegetarian diet.

Start doing exercise like,sit-ups,walking,jogging,curl-ups and lifting some weights.

Doing this you can achieve 60 pounds in 18 weeks.

The only way to lose the weight is to change your eating habits and lifestyle, by eating healthy, eating less and getting exercise. However, losing 60 pounds in 3 months is quite a lot of weight to lose in quite a short space of time and it would probably be better to give yourself a bit more time to lose the weight to make sure that you don't go on a crash/starvation diet, but rather do it in a healthy way by cutting out the unhealthy food and getting enough exercise. By losing the weight gradually but consistently you have a much better chance to keep it off.

First of all I would like to say it's unhealthy to lose 60 pounds of weight in a short period of time. There are some extreme weight lose methods to lose huge amount in fewer days. One of those methods is cabbage soup diet, in this diet a person might lose 10 pounds in a week but it might be instant weight loss. In cabbage soup diet some particular period of time the person has to consume only the foods which made by cabbage. Take any nutritionist's suggestion to know some more about this diet.
