Dedicate yourself to a strict, healthy diet, perhaps 1200-1500 calories and incorporate an exercise routine. Even walking the city with a friend is a great way to get in shape. One time, I lost weight by doing this. For Breakfast, I had a bowl of Special K with skim milk. For lunch, I ate some fruits and vegetables. They sell these things at Walmart Super Center's, in produce. They have peeled baby carrots, some cut up celery sticks, a thing of low fat vegetable dip, a small pkg. of almonds, and a small thing of Cheese. Then for supper, I had a regular supper. In the evening, if I got hungry, I would a apple or orange. Watching what you eat, and maybe do some walking outside, or inside the grocery store when it is hot outside, will help you to lose weight. THERE IS NO GOOD WAY. A 12 year old is TOO YOUNG to lose weight "fast". I assume this is in preparation for some kind of athletic event, and drastic weight loss for a wrestling match or other competition is asking for trouble in an adult, let alone in a growing pre-adolescent.
