A more or less average size teenage girl (around 5'5" or 5'6", 110 lbs give or take) with an activity level which is also average for a teenage girl should be around 1800 as a daily average to support proper nuitrition and growth. These should be good healthy calories, not 1800 calories of chocolate, french fries and milk shakes.
