This is like asking how many pounds do 8-year-olds weigh. If you are looking to slim your waist line, doing sit-ups will not necessarily help. There is no such thing as "spot fat" reduction. If you wanted the back of your upper arm to be thinner and more cut, doing arm extension all day will not help. You must lose total body fat in order to slim your waist line.
In fact, doing crunches, over and over, will cause your upper thighs to become stronger and tighter causing there to be a pull that draws you forward. Because the natural occurrence for your body is to be up-right, so now your back has to work over time to fight against the tightness in your thighs which will lead to low Back pain.
So, the answer is none. If you want to strengthen your abdominal muscles with one exercise and get the most out of it, I recommend doing lying bicycles. See Related Links.

There are two answers because it could be a boy and a girl. I have a both ways for a 13 year old boy and girl to get a six pack. Boy: excersize, eat healthy, sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, and super woman. Girl: eating healthy, push-ups, and sit-ups. Those are the answers how a boy and a girl can gt a six pack.
Thousands! You need to do more than sit ups. Eat healthy protein foods. Go for a jog each day. You're gonna have to do about 200-300 sit ups each morning and night. Remember no junk foods, fried foods, or soda! (You will be able to eat/drink these after you get your pack)
It is nearly impossible to get a six pack abs from diet alone. Abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups help greatly with developing a six pack.
You would have to do a lot of sit-ups and crunches.
To get a six pack in one week you must do thousands upon thousands of sit-ups everyday for the whole week.
