That depends on what you define as "unhealthy". Peopl cut out fats and sugar from their diet because they believe it is unhealthy; the opposite is true. You need those to do anything. To lose weight, you simply need to exercise more and consume slightly less.
There are two different routes to gain weight - healthy and unhealthy. The healthy approach to weight gain would be to eat natural foods high in protein, carbohydrates and fat. The unhealthy way to gain weight, would be to eat lots of convenient and/or processed foods.
Not really, but I would prefer natural foods like vegetables and fruits. Maybe beef for a little protein. But no. They're not unhealthy. They just don't work. They don't really make you lose weight most of the time.
you dont that would be way to unhealthy to lose in a month
Yes, definitely. Losing that much weight so quickly can actually be harmful. It is better to lose weight gradually, which gives your body a chance to adjust, and does not put you at risk of illness.
Super unhealthy foods are those loaded with fats, and sugars. An example of a super unhealthy food would be deep fried Snickers bars, or a one pound bacon burger.
Like any foods, organically grown foods can become contaminated with unhealthy organisms, which means they would be bad for you. Unless that happems. organic foods are healthy.
Losing 40 pounds in just 1 month is actually dangerous. You can really mess your body up by losing that much weight in 1 month and you would have to do unhealthy things to accomplish that.
fast metabolism or a stomach digestion problem, possibly the foods the child is eating too?
No. At that height and weight you do not need to slim down at all. You could actually stand to gain some weight, since you're on the lower side of the healthy range. Having said that, it is always a good idea to avoid all junk foods, and drinks such as soda. Limit these to the occasional treat, and stick to healthy foods.
Probably, because most foods do anyway, like fruits and vegetables. But, the sugar would be natural, and would not be counted unhealthy.
Adding calories to your diet will help you to gain weight, but it will not necessarily be a healthy way to do it. It depends on the foods you eat. If you eat junk foods that have a lot of refined sugar and other unhealthy ingredients, it will not be healthy. Eating a balanced diet of healthy foods, like fruits and vegetables, meats, grains, etc., but eating more is a healthy way to gain weight. Getting exercise daily is also healthy.
I would imagine that with her money, {and the pressure of being in the spotlight) she had easy access to healthy foods, (which cost more than unhealthy foods, for the most part), a personal exercise instructor, and anything else she needed to lose the weight. Whatever and however she did it, she looks great, and I congratulate her.
