After checking your defined body mass, by using BMI (BODY MASS INDEX) chart, then you can determine the method for the required weight loss. I do recommend sport activities like Swimming. though signing up for gym including a healthy program, would be helpful in the long run.
You can go to LossUp, Australia's largest teenager's weight loss organisation. If you live in America, go to AfternoonExercise, an organization for 10 year olds to 30 year olds weight loss. Good luck!
I would use weight watchers. It's completely safe.

Of course not. That leads to other serious diseases, and won't keep the weight off, anyway. Why not simply eat less (especially sugary food) and exercise more. Walk two miles every day. Example: I lost 12 pounds by totally keeping chocolate out of my diet, and exercising the same hour a day that I had before I lost the weight.
An illness would be the only way for a kid to lose that much weight.
Be Active! No pills or unhealthy dieting can ever replace the necessity of exercise. I know this from personal experience.
how tall are you? if u are over 5 feet or almost five its good if not u are a little over weight of course it is a good weight!!! Alot of ten year olds weigh that much! Good job!

19 year olds are not girls, they are women. no diet pills are safe for anyone at any age. if you want to lose weight eat less and exercise more; if you want to practice an assinine life-style chow down on diet pills and hop on the latest crash diet (there's a new one on the market every few days). if you have time to read a short book go to google or the new york times and type ¨gina kolata¨ in the search block and find her latest book. it tells you everything you need to know and more about crash diets including those that include diet pills. good luck.
