It really depends on your age, your goal, and your weight. Let's say your goal is to be healthy(or lose weight). This is a good exercise plan designed in 10 minute increments:

Run a mile around the block for 10 minutes.

Cool down for 5 minutes. Don't sit down or stop moving because you will have horrid cramps after all that work. Bounce around and drink water for each cool down.

Do as many sit-ups as possible.

Then do jumping jacks and rotate for 10 minutes.

Cool down for 5 minutes. Dance for 10 minutes. Cool down. Do push-ups then take a run around the neighborhood. Cool down.

Do some leg lifts and then more sit-ups for 10 minutes.Cool down. Go for a swim or dance again. That's a good workout plan for 60 minutes. You can even do a run in the morning, then sit-ups in

the afternoon, then go out to a party and dance! Have a healthy life!
