if you eat a big breakfast and then at lunch eat a yoghurt and then at dinner eat boiled vigetables with sauce to make it tastier with a starch food like pasta, rice or noodles... you need to be able to control yourself and dont eat any fat food at all and I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL DEFO LOSE WIEGHT IN A WEEK...
