Eat three well balanced portioned meals - cut out the fatty foods. You must leave 5 hours between each meal - 4 hours is spent digesting your food and the last hour is the metabolism burning off your fat. Eating whilst this process is happening will cause the body to stop burning off the fat and in the end will store the food as fat. Drink your eight glasses of water a day, and if you feel hungry between the 5 hours - drink water. Half the time when you feel hungry it's your body craving for water as you are dehydrated. Believe me this works! I have lost 28 pounds in 2 months and I couldn't be happier!
