Most of the time, the fastest way is not the long lating way for weight control, you can choose a fast way to lose weight and then change a long lasting way to keep the weight you want by following a healthy diet. Study had proove that most of the case, our body only need 1/3 of the regular meal that serve in most restaurant. It is just a bad habit to eat a lot. Try eating slowly and combine some other activity when eating as reading a book or a newspaper to give time to your stomach to send the "enough" sign to your brain and you will eat less.
