There isn't a food that you can not eat but instead that you should avoid if you want to lose weight. Here is a list of foods that you should avoid:

Number one on the list is creams, any consumable creams should be avoided as they contain significantly high amounts of calories that you won't be able to burn in time. Apart for the calories they contain high amounts of fat. In general fatty foods should be avoided at all cause.

Number two on the list is butter or lard. Butter is milk but a very concentrated form of it. In numbers we are dealing with 20 liters of milk to make a kilo of butter. The fatty acids in butter which enhance its flavor also puts a toll in our stomachs. Another is Lard, its making its way back in restaurant although its has been debated that nothing could compare to the oil when cooking pastries and other things, it should be taken with a hint of caution when your considering losing weight.

Number three on the list is nuts. It is true that a small amount would not hurt but many people that are slimming their way into getting in shape are avoiding nuts as much as possible. Too much of a good thing is bad therefore limit yourself with nuts. They say that a handful of macadamia nuts contains 235 calories and 88% of those calories come from fat alone. An of course peanut butter fits into the same category, they are also more fattening because the oil is homogenized.

These are some the foods that you should avoid to lose fat.

Foods high in carbohydrates and fats affects the body and is "the perfect combo" for weight gain. It causes the brain to feel good and wanting more.

Foods low in vitamins and minerals will make you hungry because the body seeks the nutrition which they lack.

Examples:

Fast foods like chicken nuggets, Hamburgers, chips etc.

Sugary drinks.

Cookies and cakes.

White bread.
