In order to lose weight, you should do cardio (Walking, running, 20-40 minutes of continuos excersice). Crunches, sit ups, etc... buildup muscle that does help melt the fat away, however, cardio is what really does it. You can't just lose weight if you're not willing to work at it. Eat healthy, don't starve yourself and be your gorgeous self. 134 lbs is NOT heavy. It all depends on your height and bone density and so on, but unlsee you 3'4 with really abnoramlly thin bones, you're fine. If oyu want to tone up and have the sexy bod on the beach, just do some walking, and limit bad fats. Make sure to eat at least 3 small portioned meals a day to keep your metabolism up and be happy! There's is nothing prettier then a girl who is happy and confident.
