Liqueurs, such as triple sec or amaretto, typically have the highest sugar content among liquors.
As long as it is unflavored scotch or vodka there is no sugar in either. Mixed drinks commonly have sugar in them, so if you want to avoid added sugar stick with straight liquor.
All fruits contain sugar, the lowest content is to be found in Rhubarb, Blackberries and Raspberries. Small amounts are also in Lemons and Limes
I'm not sure about this because English isn't my mothertongue, but I think liquor is the common name for booze (anything alcoholic) and liqueur is an originally French drink which is always very sweet and has a high percentage of alcohol.
The fruit with the less sugar would most likely be blueberries
