Having done a little web searching, the best info I can find is to elevate the legs when possible and make sure that your salt level does not get too low. When we sweat, our bodies lose their natural salts, which in turn makes it harder for our circulation to work properly. This makes it harder for the blood to return upwards, to get more oxygen. Sorry I'm not medically trained at all but I have the same problem and this is what I have found.
