I'm not absolutely sure about the pollution precentages, but it would be something like this. 1. Finland 2. Mongolia 3. Norway 4. Sweden 5. Iceland. 6. Switzerland 7. Canada etc. Scandinavia definetly first then countries high from the sea level, like Mongolia or Swizerland and large countries like Canada where the pollution is located in the southern big cities, but compared overall it's low.
