∙ 15y agoOn the western side of the Olympic Peninsula, in Washington State, there is an actual rain forest, with an average of over 240 inches of rain each year. This would be my candidate for cloudiest. Working in the area for a couple of years, I never saw the sun at Forks or Humptulips.

(ex: Burlington, VT with 206 cloudy days ranked lower than Grand Rapids, MI with 205 cloudy days.)
