By ‘capitalist workers’, I assume you mean workers who support capitalism. Most of them probably don’t have the slightest understanding of Socialism (a classless stateless society based on production for use), and see no alternative to capitalism.
They do that because the socialists think the capitalists are the ones being harmed by their own capitalist system, while the capitalists think the socialists are being harmed by their own socialist system.
The formal sociopolitcoeconomico terminology for this phenomenon is "I'm OK. You're not."

A corporation can be managed and structured in a socialist (co-operative) way in a capitalist economy. But it cannot be run in a socialist way (produce goods and services for use) in a capitalist economy, otherwise it would not survive in the market. A corporation can be organized as a co-operative, with workers collectively owning the corporation, with internal democracy. But that is the limit to how socialist it can become. It will not be able to operate as a full socialist organization as long as it exists in a capitalist economy.

The reasons that capitalist countries typically have more crime is that fewer of them are police states and more of them have less restrictive gun laws. The monetary policies of capitalism or socialism have no effect on crime.
