Most 3-phase welders cannot be made to function on single-phase power. If your welder is an inverter type, such as a Miller Dynasty or Lincoln Invertec, then it may have a single-phase mode with reduced current output. You would have to download the manual for your particular welder. If it is an older transformer (big and very heavy), then you're probably out of options here.
I'm sure this isn't what you want to hear, but you probably need to ask an electrician familiar with your service and what you want to connect. As a general answer, you can connect a 240v line to line resistive load like an electric water heater to any 240v source. If you also need the 240v to have 120v line to neutral, like a 240v electric stove that contains a 120v clock and oven light, then its possible if the 3 phase power is connected in a "high delta" configuration, and you connect to the correct leads. If you have a high delta service and want to ignore the 3-phase power service and wire most or all of the loads in the building as a single phase load, the utility may have to be consulted.
it have a water container. the water pressure in the container varies the self starter works.
This happens because the water heater is in the roof or in the basement. When you turn a tap it takes water up or down from the heater down a single pipe. When you turn a second a tap the water being taken down that single pipe is slipt down two pipes and so less water gets taken to a single tap as its being shared.
It is a water heater, not a hot water heater. There would be little point in using a hot water heater. I assume that is your point.
It's called water heater. There isn't a reason to heat hot water
no
It could be a problem because if it's a 3-phase system it might be an exceptionally powerful water heater. See an electrician who will know what questions to ask once he has seen the probem.

You check on the ends of the immersion heater elements. The wattage will be stamped on it. The other thing you can do is look at the instruction manual and find the specs. for the tank. Watts = amps x volts. Amps = Watts/240 volts.

The different types of water heater fittings available in the market include compression fittings, solder fittings, push-to-connect fittings, and threaded fittings. These fittings are used to connect pipes and components in water heater systems.
It depends on what kind of car and engine you have. Some don't connect to the water pump but to the radiator.
To properly connect a hot water heater for safe and efficient operation, follow these steps: Turn off the power and water supply to the heater. Install a pressure relief valve and a shut-off valve. Connect the water supply lines to the heater. Connect the hot water outlet pipe. Check for leaks and ensure all connections are secure. Turn on the water supply and power to the heater. Adjust the temperature settings as needed. Regularly maintain and inspect the heater for optimal performance.
Single pole.
You can bypass your 1988 Buick Skylark heater core by removing the heater core water supply hoses. There will be to water hoses. Connect the water hoses to each other.
To connect PEX tubing to a water heater, you can use a fitting called a PEX fitting. This fitting is designed to connect the PEX tubing to the water heater securely. Simply insert the PEX tubing into the fitting and use a crimping tool to secure it in place. Make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for the specific type of PEX fitting you are using.
