H8 tolerance on a shaft refers to a specific fit classification in the ISO system, indicating a standard for the allowable deviation in the shaft's diameter. The "H" signifies that the tolerance is based on the basic size and is a hole-based system, while the "8" designates the tolerance grade, with tighter tolerances indicated by lower numbers. Typically, an H8 tolerance provides a clearance fit, allowing for easy assembly and movement with corresponding components, usually used in applications where precision is important but some play is acceptable. The exact dimensions for H8 depend on the nominal size of the shaft.

f7 (yes, it really does matter whether you use an upper case or lower case letter) is a shaft tolerance, which is, generallyspeaking, used for close tolerance (clearance) fits. But it depends on the size of the mating component.
When pressing a roller bearing onto a shaft, the shaft typically has a tolerance or allowance that is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the bearing to ensure a tight fit. This is often referred to as an interference fit, which ensures that the bearing remains securely in place during operation. The specific allowance can vary based on the bearing size and application, but it is crucial to follow manufacturer specifications to avoid damage to either the bearing or the shaft during installation.
Tolerance in size is the allowable amount of change in dimension. For example, you want to fabricate a shaft that is 2 cm in diameter plus or minus 2 millimeters. The 2 millimeters is the tolerance. Tolerance in position is the allowable amount of change in position. For example, you need to drill a hole in a wall and you drew a point in the place you want to drill, you are allowed to move as far as 2 millimeters from that hole to receive satisfactory results, this is a tolerance of 2 millimeters in position
Tail Shaft is the section after the propeller shaft of a shift. Any shaft is always placed farthest from the head, where the power is applied.
The shaft size tolerance for straight bore pillow blocks typically adheres to standard shaft fit classifications, which can vary based on specific applications and manufacturer specifications. Generally, a common tolerance for a straight bore pillow block might range from H7 to H8, allowing for a snug fit without excessive play. For precise applications, referring to the manufacturer's documentation or relevant engineering standards is essential to determine the exact tolerance needed for optimal performance.

Its for saying NO to people who hate others who like the same sex.A.K.A gay or lesbians.Don't judge them. NO HATE NO H8
The hole and shaft basis system are pre-defined tables / methods in which you use to find tolerances. If you have a set hole size and wish to find the shaft diameter and tolerance required you would use the hole basis system. If you had a shaft at a set size and needed to find the hole size and tolerance required for it you would use the shaft basis system. If you need any more info on it you could try and google it or look it up in something like the machinist handbook (probable google it aswell)
